An introduction to Clairvoyance
Clairvoyance is—–clear seeing—–the intuitive feelings that come whilst
reading Tarot cards and so on.—the feeling that
something is happening to another person, or in another
place....it can also work thro dreams.
Whilst Clairvoyance wont help you to contact the Spirit world, it will make you more receptive so that contact is easier!
“Being opened” to Spirit contact also means that you must take a very responsible view of contact, be always grounded, both before and after contact, and to always involve your guides as guardians, There are also safeguards so that there is far less chance of ever being at risk.
First a few exercises that will help to..s-t-r-e-t-c-h- your vision, both physically and psychically.
First exercise.
Place your two index fingers pointing upwards at the sides of your head, in front of you, about a foot away from your face, so that you can see them both as you gaze forward, (without looking directly at either of them) Then slowly move them back as far as you can, so that they are still in your vision without your looking directly at them, they should now be at the very edge of your vision. See how far back you can take them before they go out of view.........
this can also be used to alleviate eye problems and stress too.

Second exercise.
Lightly close your eyes.... and see a white screen in front of your third eye area, change the colour ( in your mind) to purple—dark blue—pale blue—green—turquoise—yellow—orange—red.
Then open the eyes and blink, rub eyes very gently and rest for five mins,
Again close your eyes, and this time after bringing up the white screen, visualize an apple, and detail it. See it very slowly revolving and note every thing about it, shape, colour, smell even marks, has it got leaves? Note every thing!
Open eyes and write down everything that you saw! What you saw was in fact a REAL apple at some point in history and did or does exist!.
The colour field exercise is a good one to do to develop your skills and eventually to develop the ability to absent heal.
If you now wish to bring up a picture of someone close to you, and starting at the crown scan down. take notes about how this person feels to you, and check with them later, keep a note of your findings to check later!
Work with this exercise for some time, and if you feel that you need to give healing to the person that you are scanning, go back to the screen and visualize hands on healing in the area needed, always putting the relevant colour (see below) in the background. Trust then that your healing will do its work, bless them and return to your usual life!....
.....but to be able to 'see' Clairvoyantly, you first need to be totally in the real world and note everything that it offers you!, the colour of the sky....the green of the landscape...the wonder of a rainbow....drink in the beauty of all that we presently have, and you will soon You will soon have taken your first steps in Clairvoyance!
